At Cambridge College Esports we consider it important that you know what happens to your data.  Any e-mail addresses that you give will not given to any third parties, so you will not receive any marketing material.  Contact details are needed to keep you informed of event details only.

At the end of the competition, all personal details will be erased with the exception of the summoner and team names of the top team for each college.  These will be displayed on the world wide web for historical purposes.  If you are a member of one of the winning teams and do not wish for your summoner name to be publicly visible you have the right to erasure.  Just send a message to cambridgecollegeesports@gmail.com and your details will be removed.

You also have the right to erasure at any point in the competition, however requesting your data be erased will also mean you will be withdrawing from the competition.

Summoner names for each team along with the college that the team comes from will be published on the Teams page to enable teams to be able to set up games.  Your real names will not be displayed, unless you make it through to the knockout tournament.
